Privacy and analytics notice

From August 28 through September 11, 2026, configured analytics are enabled by default for a short test. You may disable them at any time; consent-first loading resumes automatically after the test.

What we measure and why

01

Visit performance

Page URL, referral source, UTM channel, device and browser category, approximate region, and visit time help us understand acquisition and page performance.

02

Conversion events

Solution-page views, AI and live-support entries, the first successfully sent enquiry, and human handoff help us measure consultation conversion.

03

Explicit exclusions

Analytics events never contain chat text, phone numbers, WeChat IDs, names, or support session IDs. Support conversations are used only to respond and follow up.

Tools, retention, and choice

During the test, the site uses the configured Google Analytics 4 service by default. Baidu Analytics will activate only after its site configuration is completed. Providers may process device, network, and event information under their privacy policies; Google services may involve cross-border processing.

We disable advertising-personalisation signals and configure event-level retention to the shortest practical period. Your analytics choice is kept in this browser for up to 180 days. Refusing analytics does not affect browsing or support.

You may disable analytics at any time. The page will reload and stop making new third-party analytics requests; previously processed data remains subject to each provider's retention and deletion rules.
